Waiting for pieces to be cast. I'm thinking about making a ring with a nose on it for my next piece.

Continued working on gryphon piece.

Today I continued working on the gryphon. The small scale makes it very difficult to carve, and its slow going.

Tooth

For my next piece I think I will make a tooth. I have one of my wisdom teeth to use as a reference. I also have this idea of making a small loop on the bottom part of the carving that I can later hang a jewel from.

Day 3

I continued working on the talon today, hollowing it out, attaching a jump-ring, and smoothing the surface. I also reattached the jump-ring on the cow skull, as I learned a more precise way to do it from the talon.

Started a new project today. Its not quite finished yet, but it is supposed to be a bird talon.
